KP Construction was fantastic to work with and I cannot say enough good things about KP Construction. My front door always appeared to a little crooked. Most people did not notice it but I sure did. Several companies told me the only way to fix it was to replace the door. However, the custom door was only a few years old, so that was not the answer. The folks at KP Construction could see what I was seeing and was able to correct it with new framing and brick work. Besides the door, my 40-year-old home also needed an exterior face life. Upon suggestion from our realtor we hired KP Construction Group to complete an update to 4 bathrooms, including the primary bathroom. Six weeks later (start to finish) they had installed new floors, counters, tile, sinks and light fixtures in all the bathrooms and converted the primary bathroom into a luxury suite complete with a frameless glass enclosed shower and a free-standing tub. Kelly and Philip were easy to work with, responsive and offered us a variety of great choices all within our budget. There are a few things you need to look for when choosing a GC, things like attention to detail, domain knowledge, responsiveness to the customer, time and price. KP embody all of these qualities and more. Our project was no small task either, a near complete remodel. Everything came in on time, bar the items we chose to add and change.
